Celebrating in May

This month has been so exciting!  First, Becky turned 25 (gasp!) on May 3rd.  It was a perfect, quiet celebration at home.

And of course, the next day we had to celebrate Star Wars day (May the 4th).

A few days later, Nick's family came to town for his graduation.  We started their visit off right with a trip to Disneyland.

On Saturday we were pretty pooped from our Disneyland extravaganza.  We saw the new "Avengers" movie and hung out at our apartment.

Sunday was Nick's graduation ceremony at Loyola Marymount University!  Roberto Orci (writer/producer on movies like "Star Trek" and "Cowboys and Aliens") was the commencement speaker.  His words of advice to the graduates: "Never take a picture of your genitals".  Wise words, Mr. Orci.

We are so proud of our Master Nick!

All in all, it was a great graduation/Mother's Day filled with lots of happy moments (and unfortunately, a few sunburned faces).  Nick's family left the next day, and Olivia has been going through withdrawals.  Here's a clip of her and Megan doing one of their numerous races in the family room.
